Board rooms are where crucial decisions are made. These decisions affect everyone from the employees at the company to the investors who own basic meeting agenda the shares, and ultimately, the economy. These rooms do not need to be fancy. They are simply standard conference rooms that can hold everyone in attendance and have tables large enough to hold board papers and other materials needed during the meeting. However, what they do require is a space for an open and honest discussion that encourages cooperation and the most effective decision making.

Boardroom Mastery ™ is an interactive board simulation that provides participants with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills in an environment that is safe and challenging. Each participant is given one-on-one sessions with an organisational psychologist who will analyze their individual behaviours and help them to understand how these can impact their decision-making. In the course of three days, participants will be part of a board confronted by real-world governance and crisis scenarios that will test their current boardroom skills and expertise.
